Sessions can be booked at a time to suit your schedule. We give the option of face-to-face meetings or telephone consultations depending on what you are most comfortable with. Face to face coaching allows your coach to observe body language and therefore provide an accurate assessment of a situation or topic.
Most clients choose to work on a weekly basis and each session last approximately one hour. We may ask you to complete some preparation work designed to help you receive maximum benefits from our time together.
Throughout your programme, we discuss your situation in a focused and positive way. A variety of questions are posed to get to the heart of a chosen topic. We discuss and plan actions that will enable you to move forwards and realise your goals.
The coaching process works to advance you on your journey towards a better life. Together, we establish clear and positive goals towards which you would like to work. We create and manage a very practical plan of action that takes you step-by-step towards achievement and fulfilment. During this time, your self-awareness will increase allowing you to move effectively towards your true goals, which are in balance with your life values. You will soon be managing and overcome the challenges that spring up along the way.
Coaching should not be thought of as a quick fix, although you will probably feel much better as soon as you begin. The real benefits, however, usually start to emerge further in the process. The industry standard for seeing the most successful results is a coaching relationship spanning three to six months. Ultimately Coaching encourages you to commit to a minimum of three months coaching in order to attain greater benefits and value for money.
